Five steps to success. Whatever your goals, we’ve got a winning five step formula to meet them.
Step 1: Discovery
We want to understand your project right from start. So tell us what you need, and we’ll ask all the right questions. We don’t just hear you; we dig deep into the detail.
Freshly armed with this knowledge, we can then scope out a top-level solution, tailor-made to your needs and your budget.
Our experts can help you make sound decisions about hardware and software, and look at the professional and managed services you might need to complete your project.
Step 2: Survey
Once we’ve understood your requirements and agreed on the right solution for you, we’ll carry out a survey. This will include a site visit, ideally with a member of your team who’s able to help with some of technical questions, so it’s quick and easy.
Bespoke design, hassle-free installation
We understand your business needs. From design through to installation and support, we can help wherever you need us. Our first class service will have your business technology taken care of, so you can focus on everything else.

Step 3: Design
Next is the focused design phase. With completed surveys in hand, we can advise on actions with an immediate impact, and those that can future proof your business technology.
We’ll deliver our recommendations as a full solution design document and, on your approval, together we can agree the scope of work.
Step 4: Installation
We understand how important it is to get a job right, first time. So that’s what we do.
To minimise any disruption, our engineers will arrive on site at a time to suit you. We maximise our time on site by arriving promptly and with a clear plan for the day.
In keeping with our ‘minimal fuss and disruption’ approach, we’ll remove all packaging for recycling and ensure the areas we worked in are tidied before we ask you to sign off the completed works.
Step 5: Support
Experience has shown us how important it is to make sure your investment works throughout its complete lifecycle. That’s why we have a full support package available, should you want it.*
Our dedicated and helpful support team are on hand (Mon-Fri, 8am – 6pm) to give you peace of mind and ensure you’re maximising your investment.
As part of your support package, you’ll benefit from warranty swap outs should there be a hardware faults and refresher training, to keep your whole team up to speed.
* Our support plan is optional. When selecting a support package, we will introduce you to our dedicated helpdesk team who will be on hand should a problem arise.
