Managed service add-on: We can provide a fully managed service for your smart room, if you want us to. This would include unlimited helpdesk support and using our meeting room monitoring agent, U-Manage, we’ll monitor your system remotely to diagnose and resolve any issues for you. And should there be a problem with your equipment, we’ll handle the entire warranty process, so you don’t have to.

Smart room accessories: Enhance your smart room by adding accessories such as room scheduling panels and digital whiteboards, which work seamlessly with Microsoft Teams, Teams Panel and Whiteboard.

Hardware procurement

We design and install audio visual and video conferencing solutions from some of the world’s best manufacturers like Hi-Sense, Logitech, Samsung, Epsom, iiyama and LG.

So we know all too well that the cost of audio visual and video conferencing hardware is rising year on year. Bigger displays, sharper pictures and quicker connections. All these things come at a price.

That’s why we provide options to help you fund your next hardware refresh.

CAPEX (capital expenditure): If you’re looking for a reduced cost of ownership, that’s a better price overall, then you might prefer to pay upfront. That means the hardware is yours from day one, and becomes a depreciating item on your balance sheet.

Hardware finance: If you want to bundle services and hardware into one monthly cost, then this is the plan for you. We deliver the hardware upfront and you can spread the cost as a fixed monthly fee over the course of your contract. Once your initial period ends, the equipment’s yours to keep.

We offer the full range of IP (Internet Protocol) CCTV cameras from Hik Vision, and our accredited engineers can help to install them.

Phone or tablet viewing: View all your CCTV camera footage from a mobile handset, tablet or desktop via the Hik-Connect app, free of charge.

Network video recording: Recall up to four weeks of footage to replay or download, subject only to the amount of storage you purchase.

Cameras: Choose from Hik Vision’s full range of dome, bullet and turret cameras, available in 2, 5 and 8 megapixels (MP).
